Bilingual (French/English) UX Designer with extensive experience in customer service (7+ years) within the finance and consumer industries.

I possess great self-discipline and adaptable skills. I excel at creating creative solutions within constraints set by the company.

People say that I’m friendly and approachable. I challenge myself in my professional and personal life by setting new goals each month. I like trying new hobbies and I have very varied interests such as: piano, formula one, video games, painting, animals and wildlife, traveling, hiking, etc.

HOW I GOT STARTED IN UX

I decided on UX Design as a career because it embodies my strongest traits: Empathy and Creativity.

From working for a non-lucrative organization, volunteering, practicing traditional animation and playing piano, I have always orbited around professions that aligned with these traits. When someone introduced me to UX Design, I finally felt I found a profession that embodied both.
